You can always contact us with all your questions and comments about our products, your order and the delivery. We always respond as quickly as possible, but in any case within one working day.

Delivery

For deliveries in The Netherlands and Belgium: Order on Monday to Friday before 3 p.m. for next day delivery. When you order from Friday after 3 p.m. to Sunday, your product(s) will be delivered on Tuesday. We deliver all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium for free.

Warranty

Cotton Suite uses the legal guarantee. This means that you are always entitled to a good product. We strive for 100% satisfied customers.

Returns

We would like to satisfy everyone with his or her purchases. If there unfortunately is anything wrong, you can return the product up to 14 days after receiving your order. We will then refund the full purchase amount.

When you want to claim your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to Cotton Suite with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact us by sending an email to info@cotton-suite.nl. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after registering your return, if we have received the product back in good order.

How do I place an order?

Go to the product you want to buy. Select the correct size and quantity and click ‘Add to cart’. Is your order complete? Select ‘Continue ordering’ in the shopping cart. Fill in the necessary information, after which you can proceed to the payment and complete your order. When you need help, you can send an email to info@cotton-suite.nl and we will help you.

How do I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service by emailing to info@cotton-suite.nl. If possible, we will adjust your order.

Do I pay shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we ship all orders for free.

What should I do if my order is incomplete?

If you have received an order that is incomplete, you can contact us by sending an email to info@cotton-suite.nl. We can then send the missing product to you.

I have received a damaged product. What to do?

We do everything we can to deliver our products to you in good condition. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, you can contact us by sending an email to info@cotton-suite.nl.

How can I return my order?

You can return up to 14 days after receiving your order. We will then refund the full purchase amount. Are you making use of your right of withdrawal? Then you must return the product packaging to Cotton Suite with all supplied accessories and in its original condition. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@cotton-suite.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return. A condition for this is that we have received the product back in good order.

How can I exchange a product?

If you want to exchange a received product, you must let us know by email. Send your email, with an explanation, to info@cotton-suite.nl. We will respond within 24 hours.

What is the best way to wash the bed linen and towels?

Once you have the duvet cover of your dreams, you of course want to keep it beautiful and soft for as long as possible. This can be done by washing it the right way. All our duvet covers can be washed at 40 degrees. Have you bought a dark colour? Then wash your cover separately when washing it for the first time. It is best to wash the fitted sheets at 60 degrees. The towels can be washed at 40 degrees. We recommend washing them separately the first time.
